At Roof Boxed, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
